For many years, David Sidoo has tirelessly contributed to his community and blazed a path for other philanthropists to follow. Through Sidoo Family Giving, joint efforts with his wife, Manjy, and supporting other active fundraisers, David has made an incredible difference in the lives of people young and old in British Columbia. For this reason, he was recently awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for outstanding contributions to his community.

A new commemorative medal was created to mark the 2012 celebrations of the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s accession to the Throne as Queen of Canada.
